‘Consumer Affairs Victoria’ joins the line to try and rattle me…
Spoiler alert…that doesn’t work on me.
After 3 years being harassed by mainstream media, trolls, and government officials, I was starting to see ‘light at the end of the tunnel’. Having finished my book, turned off all recurring donations and services, fired all RDA staff, and started finding myself again…this week I’ve had a nice big smack of reality 🙂
Right now, as I type this, I was meant to be on a plane to the USA, but my visa was revoked last minute. That was inconvenient but I’m making the most of it.
Yesterday, I was served by Consumer Affairs Victoria.

In short, the charge is…“conducting a fundraiser while not registered”. Yep, that’s it! it’s simply because the fundraiser itself wasn’t registered! I would go into more detail, but I shouldn’t reveal my arguments.
One thing I can tell you is…I am still very misunderstood by Australian authorities. These types of situations excite me, encourage and inspire me, energise me in fact; literally the opposite of fear!
When you have nothing to hide, there is no reason to be afraid. I am not running a big organisation anymore…I have time and energy for things just like this 🙂 I have so much support, truth, and God on my side…I can never lose in the end!
Needless to say, I will be defending these charges to whatever length I need to. They are arbitrary and, in my opinion, straight-out…nasty! Imagine your job was to prosecute a girl who spent 22 days in prison for nothing, the charges were dropped, she’s been vindicated several times over…and now you’re prosecuting her for not filling out paperwork to register something. Gosh…quite embarrassing really.
Authorities who’ve come after me over the last three years all know that I’m preparing my case against them. I have three focuses this year only…Cell 22, Australian Tour, and court cases…BRING IT ON!
