I am Heike, a holistic clinical nutritional medicine practitioner – what a mouthful!
I prefer treating my patients via diet and lifestyle changes but will prescribe supplements if indicated.
Food is medicine is my motto and I conduct healthy cooking classes from my home in Coronet Bay.
For the last 11 years I have taught nutritional subjects to nutrition and naturopathy students at Endeavour College of Natural health in Melbourne Central. I currently supervise 3 nutrition clinics of students in their last year of study.
Nutritional Medicine is a powerful approach to health however, occasionally a referral to another modality is required such as chiropractic, osteopathy, massage etc. and these will be discussed with rationale. You will come away empowered from each session with a clear prescription as to how to implement changes.
