It is intended to meet the high demand for chem-free, nutrient dense, GM-Free, etc… all the way through to Australian Owned and Operated (20 choices offered).
Essentially, FGF is a 24×7 Farmer’s Market where Providores are defined as farmers, growers (even home), producers and those Eateries and Food Outlets which support local.
Produce can be objectively measured and rated, or subjectively rated, so that Consumers can check they are getting what they ordered with low-cost, hand-held devices, called NutriMeters (= BRIX meters).
FGF helps ‘regen’ farmers who produce delicious. nutritious get better prices on a quality or a taste/food value for money basis.
