To achieve any great change RDA should first show to us (the people) their credentials, political experience and names of backers. In that way we can consolidate the legitimacy of R DA.

Great in the short term. Requires huge staffing. As with all advertising you need to ask us e.g.How did you become aware of ? Impact or absorption of info needs to be measured.
Grassroots is better. Think “organised religion”. A figurehead supported by a dedicated team talking with (not to) the masses, serving and caring.
