  1. In most diet there are 4 nutrients in deficiency, as follows:
    Witamin B12 (supplementation needed)
    Omega-3 (DHA) (supplementation based on alge which do not contain mercury like in fish)
    iodine (Lugol liquid 3 drops per liter/per day/per person)
    selenium (brazil nuts 3-5 per day/per person)
    iodine and selenium is necessary for thyroid glands
