- Go HERE and download one or both of the flyers. There is a simple one and a more informative one. Use whichever one resonates with you more (they are also downloadable below in this article).
- Print them out on plain paper in black and white, no need to be fancy or expensive. Cut up the one that has 2 on one page.
- Hand them out to parents at your school during drop-off and pick-up. Don’t be embarrassed, this is literally your last chance before the vaccine starts being given to kids on Jan 10th. Who cares what they think of you, you know you’re doing the right thing!

with their friends and all of the things that kids do, but no

Thats apart of the western problem. We think while kids brains are their most plasticity we tell them they should just be kids and play. No they need to be learning. And not crap from the terrible school system. Yes have fun and play with friends. But elders are more important. Everyone is peer oriented these days or since ww2.

you are probably the bravest person I have ever come across, and definately the most motivated to fight the wrong we are facing. Well done !
Lately I have noticed that you are stressed out, straining not to give way to fear, doing your damndest to encourage and motivate everyone else. Try and relax with this, even though you are a one lady band and feel compelled to keep going. That level of sustained stress aint good!
When I was 13 I read the Sci fi novel ‘Dune’ by Frank Herbert, and learned a trick to clear fear from the mind. It has worked when standing toe to toe with foes that were freaky dangerous, and in other fearful situations. This “protocol,” which I memorised, is called ‘The Bene Geserit Litany Against Fear:’
I must not fear.
Fear is the “Little Death” which brings TOTAL obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will allow it to flow over me, and through me.
When the fear has gone I shall turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I shall remain.
When one understands the meaning of the words, then visualises fear as if it were tangible, like a wind, and follows that visualisation of the litany through to the end, then it is incredibly calming: even when the danger is still present and within arms reach.
