  2. This is great news and something I always said, private medical information is between the patient and the doctor and NO one else.
    When do we add discrimination and non-medical individuals giving medical advice?
    What happens to the people that get injured whom can they sue the businesses the individuals telling them to do this otherwise they are an outcast?

  3. Does this also apply to Brisbane QLD? The X-ray department I work for have asked us to be fully faxed by FEB 2022, and register these details with them, or be moved to another location. We are classified as a hospital site, yet we aren’t connected to the actual hospital, we are situated a floor above them. We x-ray anyone in the public, who can just walk in from anywhere & also hospital patients, and it doesn’t matter if they are VAXXED or NOT! So why are we DISCRIMINATED? So WRONG, need HELP with this.

I would be grateful if the legal stance on entering a place of business that requests a Health Pass can be clarified since technically a person (police/business) cannot ask for your medical history so presumably a QR Code / Health Pass interrogation is deemed as “asking”.

    I appreciate the legal time may have higher priorities right now….but when they have time, I see this as a “protest manoeuvre” to rail against the tyranny. 🙂

  8. Thank you RDA, I will be using this information (in-part) to my employer, FRV, as they are pushing extremely hard into coercing me to submit to their demands. However, I have done an extensive amount of research into the latest CHO Directives and appear to have found a mistake which compromises the CHO’s position!! The following is part of my response to the Chief Commissioner of FRV:
    The “COVID-19 Mandatory Vaccination (Workers) Directions” identified that “Professor Benjamin Cowie, Acting Chief Health Officer, consider it reasonably necessary to protect public health to give the following directions pursuant to section 200(1)(d) of the Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008 (Vic)”, noting that this clause, listed under “Part 10, Division 3 – Emergency powers” relates to the restriction of movement of persons within, and entering into “the emergency area”. The specific clause Section 200(1)(d) which states:
    (d) give any other direction that the authorised officer considers is reasonably necessary to protect public health.
    Note that the Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008 Section 200, discusses locking down areas and limiting people’s movement, there is no provision to vaccinate persons within Section 200. Additionally, within “PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES (HANSARD), LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL, FIFTY-SIXTH PARLIAMENT FIRST SESSION”, 26 June 2008 (Extract from book 9), (Link), Pages 2628/2629, provides clarification of the intent of Part 10, Division 3 – Emergency Powers. This legislation provides the “mechanisms for the chief health officer to obtain the assistance of council officers and the police in the course of an emergency”, again no mention for the provision to vaccinate persons within this Section. Based on the above, can you please provide a legitimate document which provides FRV authority to limit or terminate my employment?

      1. ATM I only know of two people standing up to this at FRV, myself and one other. But I was made aware of many others standing up during my meeting with supervisors Friday of last week.
        I have been placed on leave with FRV until I either succumb to their ways or provide a definitive answer, then they will stand me down, not terminate my employment.
        I also work a second job with Ventura Buses, which I have been doing for the past 8 years. I just finished a meeting with them and didn’t get past the first question which was “Have I been Vaccinated”, in which I responded that it was none of their business, so they terminated my employment. I requested this all in writing so that I can now challenge them.

  12. So how does someone go to a business.(eg supermarket) and refuse the ID and not wear a mask?If these businesses are mandating this isn’t it against the law?Also why hasn’t the federal government stopped it?Great work Monica and staff.

  14. It looks like Victoria’s State of Emergency has expired, The CHO did not renew it and all of the mandates and directions have ended 21st Oct midnight.
    “The Workplace Directions (No. 51) come into force at 11:59pm on 28 September 2021 and end at 11:59pm on 21 October 2021. They replace the Workplace Directions (No. 50).”

    Right now (1am) there is no update, to me it looks like the mandates have elapsed renewal.

      the Emergency Management Commissioner under the Emergency Management Act 2013
      (Vic), extend the Declaration due to the ongoing serious risk to public health throughout
      Victoria from SARS-CoV-2.
      This extension takes effect at 11:59:00 pm on 21 October 2021 and remains in force until
      11:59:00 pm on 18 November 2021.

    1. And me. These advices and various other statements continue to refer to it being a breach of the Privacy Act to require provision of ‘health information’, but nowhere do they ever refer to the specific provisions of the Privacy Act they are relying on.

  17. We found it interesting that the 3 big supermarket chains came out together yesterday to mandate xx for their workers. Thousands more being co-erced into an experimental medical substance. How should they fight this?
