Why does the summit cost $90/ticket

Quite a few people have asked this question, so I wanted to answer it publicly so everyone knows 🙂

Anyone who has organised big events like this would recognise that the ticket price is very reasonable, however, I am being as transparent as possible to ensure all questions are answered.

What’s included in the price?

• Unlimited canapes
• Unlimited beer, wine, and bubbly. Coffee, tea and soft drinks.
• A safe and secure indoor venue for 5.5 hours.
• It’s a beautiful venue too by the way, you’ll be very impressed when you arrive.
• An evening with great new initiatives and networking with like-minded people.

Here is a list of expenses for these events;

• Countless staff and Monica work hours.
• All the designing of website, promotions, getting speakers to come…all takes up A LOT of hours
• Food and drinks
• Event organisation
• Photographers/videographers
• Beautiful Indoor venue for 5.5 hours
• Security
• Staff travel to event

What will RDA do with any profits made?

• Every cent goes back to paying RDA staff and costs.
• RDA is the only organisation that has a phone line, admin staff, and free legal services. All of which cost money. If we manage to cover a few weeks of wages from this event, that is a good outcome.
